I'm having a problem with items disappearing from my inventory. The first time it happened was during the cult of the unseeing eye quest. When I picked up the second part of the rift device, it said the item was in my inventory but I couldn't find it. The second incident happened during the Umar hills quest. After collecting the symbols and answering the questions, it said I had received an item in my inventory (I assume it was suppose to be the symbol of Amaunator) but it wasn't there.
It seems like every time items are suppose to merge into a new item, they disappear. Any tips or suggestions on why this might be happening?
