I found out if I get caught stealing. the guards are called, but get away - stealth - when I go to a shop the merchant/bartender won't talk to me. Is there a way to get around this? It doesn't seem right, if you get away there shouldn't be problems with the shops. Maybe the game registered that you are Wanted.
