receiving damage and not in combat???

receiving damage and not in combat???

Occasionally after combat my main character starts receiving damage and the only thing i see is 'Someone Damages [char name]:[damage]'. I see nothing going on in the character pane but it continues until death. Whats going on it's starting to annoy me.
