where do i get a rouge stone???
what do i do with the mask i collected pieces to???

If I remember correctly there is a rogue stone behind on of the last lock & trapped doors in Mae'Var's theives guild lock pick trap detect training area and there are others avialable if you complete quests.

The mask of Stromm III, if equiped on the lead character, enables you to see the fire guardian in the tomb 'maze'(Firkrag's lair) which you need to defeat to get to the treasure beyond. Spoiler.....

The mask also enables you to have protection from critical hits if you are a mage-theif class/subclass/kit. - Curdis

You can buy a rogue stone from the merchant in Mae'vars building in the Docks - there's about 6 or 7 loose in the game.
