Weird item

There's a little guy in the Copper Coronet named Llynis. When I pickpocketed him, I got "Littleman the stuffed bear".

It looks like a quest item, but I've never heard of it. Does it do anything?

Go at night to the graveyard district... in the east southern corner near the exit walks a ghost of a child, he was murdered and Lynis did it, avenge the boy (kill the bastard) and return the bear to the ghost, you will get XP, if you wait for the next day, you will meet his parents, they give you XP to
