Can someone plz post a detailed response to the question, How do I get the Enforcer "Legendary Blunderbuss". Cause I did the quest to help the farmer get the bandit guy and i cant get past the gate in his basement.
I have looked on a bunch of sites and most of them give very little detail.

rumor is that the key to the gate is hidden within his grave or house. you may have to complete both quests before you can get the key. did you search everywhere? when i get home, i'll check.

As mentioned it depends on whether you helped or killed Gile's in his first quest. I don't know what happens when you kill him, as Ive only played through the game twice so far, so evil is next for me.
Spoiler Alert:
But if you've saved him, he'll give you another mission later to hook his son up with a wife. Gile's isn't aware of it yet, but his son Rupert is gay and he wants you to find him a husband. You can, or get him a girl, but either way works. After this, the three of them move to "The City" (most likely bowerstone), and put that farm up for sale. Buy the house (goes for about
70,000 I believe), and you get a note and a key. Go into the cellar in the barn, kill the hollow men and claim the blunderbuss.

Hindsight is 20/20.
Your right Chef. That is for the good. Here is if you killed Giles:
***Spoiler Alert***
I went by Giles farm some time after returning from the spire. My dog (Clyde Frog) was a five star treasure finder. He started barking and there was the key buried in a pile of dirt not far behind the cabin. Really much easier than letting Giles live, but then again things are usually easier when you are not worried about morality. Patience is really the key, you won' be able get it right away after helping/killing him.
Edit: Oh and you won't get the date quest if you kill him.
