I have a problem here. I can't equip my lightsaber, the reason why is because I still don't have "weapon proficiency : lightsaber". The problem is, how can I add the feat on my PC?
Currently I'm at level 5 as Jedi Guardian and I started becoming a jedi at level 5 as a scout. Whenever I have the option to add feats or powers when I leveled up, I couldn't find anything called "weapon proficiency : lightsaber"
I'm wondering, after we acquired our first Jedi class title on Dantooine, shouldn't we be able to wield lightsaber? Or at least when we leveled up shouldn't we be able to select "weapon proficiency : lightsaber" feat or power? (I'm not sure if it's a feat or power)
I'm totally lost at this. Please help
Yes you should. Lightsaber proficiency is a feat that is gained alongside any Jedi class at level 1. It appears to be a bug that you got there... what game version is yours? I suggest checking for patches.
Lightsaber proficiency should come automatically when you become a Jedi. If it doesn't, you're bugged. You could use the Save Game Editor to add it (not really cheating since you only lack it because of a bug). Another option is to go back to the last save before you became a Jedi and try again! Or, of course, you could complete the game using Force Powers without ever having a saber. It's doable, especially if you use the Force Lightning powers a lot.
