Help! Need info. Opinions! On video card.

HELLO, I need information about the ATI RADEON HD 3650, can it play all of the games currently out for pc ? when playing any of those games will it most likely be neccessary to turn graphics or effects ect. down or off ? will doing so ruin the game playability or fun factor (will games still be fun,enjoyable without full effects ?)(I am fairly new to pc gameing),. will the radeon hd 3650 be able to run/play 2009 games,reasonably ?opinions, ideas, theorys, and advice welcome and apreciated!

Well here is what one review had to say about it..
ATi Radeon HD 3650 > Graphics Cards > Peripherals > Reviews > PC Authority

I'm probably biased because I've had far better luck with Nvidia cards than ATI cards, but if you are looking for an excellent, value for money, card that can handle anything you throw at it, I'd suggest the Nvidia 8800 GTS (it came on the computer I had built a year ago and it runs Oblivion, Witcher and LOTRO, all on the highest settings, without a hitch), or if you want to spend a bit more, you could go for its beefier cousin, the 8800 GTX.

Just my two cents anyway.

THE PC I REALY WANT TO GET, DUE TO THE FACT THAT ITS MY ONLY PC OPTION AT THIS TIME (I WONT GO IN TO WHY) HAS THIS VIDEO CARD, OTHER THAN THAT ITS A GOOD PC-QUAD CORE/AMD,8GB RAM,750GB HARD DRIVE, VISTA 64. SO I REALY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS CARDS ABILITY TO PLAY GAMES, ONES OUT NOW AND ANY GUESSES ABOUT 2009 GAMES TO COME, MY INTEREST IS IN RPGs.

First of all, there's no need to shout. Secondly, if this is the machine you are absolutely set on, then why ask about the card in the first place?

Anyway, in addition to anything you might hear on this site, just run the card through Google, that will tell you everything you need to know. If it turns out the card isn't quite what you are looking for, it is always possible to get something different later on, you can get some pretty good deals on components once they have been out for a while.
