Supposedly when in game if you press the tilde key the console is enabled to allow you to enter codes. I get no console when I press the tilde key. Do I have to add a console command to a config file? Can anybody help?
In fallout.ini, there should be a line that says "bAllowConsole=1". If it's set to 0 instead, just change it to 1! If not I don't know what the problem could be.
