The amulet of power grants vocalize and reduces spell casting by 1. are these things included for clerics as well?

IMHO there is no restrictions. Even classes w/o spellcasting abilities may use it. As for Cleric spells, seems, only Covled wizards make a difference

Your protagonist may be Cleric as well, mightn't he?

I meant, will vocalize and/or reduced spellcasting hel the cleric at all, or can those abilities only be used by a mage?

it doesn't matter also rangers and palladins can use thoses.

Umm...the amulet of power can only be used by spell casting classes.

Mages, single or dual
Clerics, single or dual
Druids, single or dual
Monks
Bards

Fighters, Rangers, paladins, thieves cannot use this amulet.
