Quest Items

I have about 10 items I can't drop because it says they are quest items. I have completed the quests long ago associated with these items though... Will I never be able to get these items out of my inventory? Example: Handwritten Note from The Mages Guild Quest, "Necromancer's Moon".

Chances are, they're stuck there forever. But quest items do not take up space, So don't worry about it.

If you're playing on PC, you can use a console command to get rid of them. If you're on a console, you're stuck with 'em.
Can the answer to this question be "No"?
