Question about Chloe Spoilers

I am at the trone of baal and chloe only had one upgrade of the weapons so far. I have the lump of strange metal from aran. neither cromwell or caspy had no idea what to do with it. she got her first upgrade in the asylum labyrinth and after that nothing. I defeated amellysan once and closed the first pool of esence, and am worried where did i miss her upgrades.
