look at bioware's epic character builders part deux guild....not all of them are pvp builds but a good number...

Just off the top of my head Terracotta Soldier, Nightfangs, RedSock...Look at builds by Mithdradates, Tyr Templar, Stinky MgGirk..some other good ones.
Right Speech has four aspects: 1. Not lying, but speaking the truth, 2. Avoiding rude and coarse words, but using gentle speech beneficial to the listener, 3. Not slandering, but promoting friendliness and unity, 4. Avoiding frivolous speech, but saying only what is appropriate and beneficial.

I designed the "Hidden Dragon" for just that purpose - i.e. something that could take on ANY of the builds at lvl 30 and "win". ;)

My version (the one posted here in the forum), is setup to do this. The (later) wiki character build version is also good, BUT not as good.

The reason:

To be able to truly hit *anything* the build needs access to True Strike. A Bard doesn't have this access without a spell scroll or some specialized wand.

Don't underestimate the significance of the choice of weapon or Improved Disarm either. (..and of course its nearly useless without using it as directed.)

Note that you can change-out the spell identify (which was for general use), for Enlarge and see if that offers any benefit to knockdown. Also some of the skills could be altered for strictly PvP purposes (where something like Diplomacy is useless, but Spot or Taunt isn't).
