i have got a problem i cant solve: i accepted 2 "guild" quest, the one from Mage Guild and the one from Thieves Guild. i dont have completeted neither the first nor the second, and i decided i want to get the Adept Guild quest instead of the Thieves One.
Now it seems i cant resign the quest and the Celestial order is not offering me the quest anymore.
Is it a bug? may i find another NPC willing to give me the Celestial Guild Quest?

Resign a Quest?
Unfortunately, you're stuck with the two guilds you accepted quests for. You won't be able to do quests for the other two guilds now.
