killed vampire never got her heart

killed the vampiress by throwing knives at her and she died on a rooftop and nothing that I was supposed to collect fell down to collect it.

Either reload a previous save, or try to climb up there to get it.

this happened to me to

but as I was pondering what to do, I walked away a bit, looked up at the rooftop and within a second or two saw the heart + other stuff she had drop to the ground where I was able to pick it up. I guess the best thing to do is to make sure your killing blow is when she's on the ground.

There are ways to get onto the rooftops as well, and usually if the item you're supposed to pick up is important enough it will still be there after you climb onto the roofs
