Act III Crossroads Keep (Spoilers)

So, I'm at the battle of CK in act III. I go into the war room, tell Kana I'm ready, then I go to a cut scene for about a half of a second, it says that my journal has been updated about the bridges. Then I'm outside w/ Daegun. But I can't talk to him. I have no companions and when I save the graycloaks they ask me who to go with, but I'm given no options. They just stand there. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks for the help in advance.
