Will not install
I have loaded Kings Bounty twice now. When I click on the icon to play I get a blip then nothing. How can I get this loaded correctly?

I am not sure I understand your problem. In the title of your thread, you say the game does not install, and in the description you say that it does not work when you click on the play icon.
Is it that the game is already installed and you can't start it, or are you trying to play the game before installing it? Give us more details please, including the features of your PC.

Maybe the game didn't uninstall properly? Have you tried wiping your hard drive of any traces of the game and do a clean install?
