Fallout Tactics Power Armor

So far, after completing Newton, I've only found 2 power armors in stores and 1 Advanced in Newton. Gambling, using Harold, only got me regular items without paying. Are there more armors in the future? Will I have all 6 Advanced armors by the time I get to Vault 0?

As far as I remember, it shouldn't take much longer to get Power Armor to all your squad members. The items available in stores are based on more or less the ranks of your squad members, though can't remember if it just checks the highest rank, average rank, or rank of the current buyer.
