Best armour for speed (spoilers)

In your experience what is the best armour for speed in the Vanilla version of Oblivion IV? Having a bit of trouble finding armour with a base attribute of speed. Perhaps rings have to be used. Anyhow any advice appreciated

Howdy!

In my experience? Hm. Well, on the PC, I have a mod that allows you to play like Conan or Tarzan, in as little clothing as possible or none at all, so that my female characters can look sexy and be protected too. (My male characters feel better covered from head to toes.)

But on the X-Box, my characters seem to prefer leather to fur, and mithril over the other metals, for speed's sake. I hope that helps!
