Where are the Fallen Paladins?

I can't find the fallen paladins, who are supposed to be in the bridge district. This is very annoying. Please help!!! Image
I'll kick ass in BG2.

After you get the quest to seek them out by the radiant heart fella in the gov. district..... They SHOULD be in the bridge district....

THEY ARE TO THE RIGHT , EXACTLY AS YOU ENTER THE DISTRICT, BEHIND THE HOUSE.....
