Now it is fully commercialized to the extent that when I try to print a walkthru all I get is a page of commercials .

The forum has to make money somehow in order to run the servers. Without the adverts on the site, Buck would not be able to have the content that is currently available. Also, the problem may well be your printer settings as I have just looked at the Witcher walkthrough and its the same as all walkthroughs have been since I joined the site. There are no extra adverts so it should print out fine.
The easiest way to print it is to highlight the part of the walkthrough you want then print the selected area rather than the whole page.
