I've a queston.
I want to add new portrait (after removing my old portrait) to my main character in Baldur's Gate II SoA. How can I do that? Can You help me?

It's written in the game manual. Still I feel like a nice guy today, so there:
1) Create a new folder in the BG:SoA's game directory and name it Portraits.
2) Now move the pictures you like in that folder. You'll need 2 pictures - a big one (110x170 pixels) and a small one (40x60 pixels). Now name the whatever tou like, with a maximum of 8 letters, the last of each should be L (for the large one) and S (for the small one). Example:
xxxxxxxL.bmp; xxxxxxxS.bmp
Or you can download a picture from one of the many BG:SoA fansites.
3) Load your last savegame, open your record and select Customize/Appereance. Then, instead of selecting a picture made by Bioware, press the Custom button.
And that's it.

Just a couple of small amendments to Majorman's reply ...
* Both pictures need to be in Bitmap format; bit depth = 24. Sometimes you can get away with other bit depths, but often the game won't recognise those images - I've never figured out why it only happens some of the time
* The small picture needs to be 38 x 60 pixels (not 40 x 60)
