What would the world be like if there were no SYM board?...

All of us would stifle our creative urges, bottling them up till they overwhelmed our psyches. With the repression of these energies, we would go on rampages of violence and debauchery as the result.

Oh wait...we're already on rampages of debauchery...

What would the world be like if Abraham Lincoln hadn’t been shot, or if Adolph Hitler had been killed when he was a corporal in WWI? (Sorry if these are a bit serious but I’m in a serious mood)
Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

I really don't believe his death really mattered at the time.......now if it had been earlier.....I see a lot of possiblities.

I believe someone else would have came along....might have been even worst than Hitler..(I really have trouble imagining someone worst than Hitler...but there is always a chance)

I just can’t accept that he had done his part and was now impotent in the face of history. He might have gone on to do great things. We'll never know. Supposing if his death had been a few years earlier there's no telling what could have occured. We might even still have slaves today.

Worse then Hitler? That's unsettling, though it's entirely possible. Of course there could have been someone infinitely better instead, to help pick Germany back up without resorting to genocide and war. Ah, possiblities. Anyone here used to watch Sliders?

worse than hitler...easy...stalin.
i don't know why he gets passed over all the time when people talk about evil. he systematically killed more people then nazi germany did. a lot more.
I would be a serial killer if i didn't have such a strong distaste for manual labor

He took longer. Another one to add to the list...Chairman Mao (I believe he wiped out 60 million people during his reign)

What would the world be like if chickens were higher up on the food chain than humans? It would be a foul place to live ;)

Get it, foul = chicken! Come on, that's gold! Work with me here!

*Silent stares from the crowd - a lonely cricket dares to break the silence with a defiant chirp - a solitary man coughs.* :D :D

Any body passing through solid matter will leave a perforation conforming to its perimeter. Also called the silhouette of passage, this phenomenon is the speciality of victims of directed-pressure explosions and of reckless cowards who are so eager to escape that they exit directly through the wall of a house, leaving a cookie-cutout-perfect hole. The threat of skunks or matrimony often catalyzes this reaction.

*The still silent crowd stares back at him. The cricket chirps once more and that same mysterious individual in the back row coughs agin* :D

Vehemence: We do?!
When did this happen? Why did no one tell me?
*Wonder if she's the only woman who's been in the dark as to their power.*

Am I the only woman who's been doing anything men ask for?!? Next, I'll be sure to assert my rights! Thanks V ;)

Vehemence: LOL! :) I'm sure it was more innocent than that though ;) Remember, the leaves were painted in for our innocent eyes, they weren't actually wearing them :D

What would the world be like if we followed Vehemence's tips on how to order a pizza?

I guess I'd probably be having Chinese takeaway instead...
