Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."

Few things about the walkthrough so far:
When fighting Humbolt, the amount of XP gained depends on how many party memebers the PC has. If the PC fights the mercenaries alone, the gain is 30XP, with one party member it's 20XP and with three members it's 10XP.
After finishing Bredo's Oneberry quest, he'll keep patroling his route. If pickpocketed then, he'll either have 20+ Oneberry Juices or he'll first have 10_15 of them and 10-ish the second time. It seems that he gains his "full" number of potions after he walks up to the shrine and then starts back down the road again. Esentially, he'll have the same amount of potions, but in either two "takes" or jsut one, which seems to be related to his stroll up to the shrine.
Also, a semi-cheat with Owlstone and his wolves quest: When the PC enters the forset area for the first time, the wolves will all be there and you can kill them all first and then take Owlstone's quest. Once the quest is taken, all the wolves respawn again. This is especially handy because of the perpetual lack of leather strips in the gaeme in general - this is one good place to harvest a good number of those early on.
On a similar note, around the entrance to the bear cave, there are three pairs of wild boars that will keep respawining over and over again. This early in the game, they yield both a nice amount of XP as well as skinable items to be kept or sold. I think the boars alone are responsible for me reaching Ferdok with more then 50 ducats in my pockets (alongside Dranor pickpocketing everything that moved on the map...)

The universe, they said, depended for its operation on the balance of four forces which they identified as charm, persuasion, uncertainty and bloody-mindedness.

When I go to the walkthrough page and click on a place to go to the screen shows some ads and a message that says your pagr will load soon. Hah I let it go a few times to see how long it would take.... I went to my room and rolled a cig. and smoked it, went to the kitchen and got a drink and came back to the same screen. What happend !? to the great site I remember !!

The wolves are respawning over and over again. But the number of respawning wolves depends if white fur is dead or not. As long as white fur isn't dead, then you will come across packs of 3 till sometimes 7. You will encounter several wolves then, around a total of 12 or 14. They don't respawn immediately, but after you have left the area they start to respawn again. When White Fur is dead and you have closed the quest wolves of the dark forest, then you only come across a few wolves, in packs of 2 mostly then and in total 4 to 6. I harvested myself in that way quite some leather strips, sinews, paws and pelts. Same goes actually for the wild boars. You come across 3 or 4 packs of wild boars and they always are with 2 of them.She-Wolf wrote:Few things about the walkthrough so far:

With White Fur dead they don't respawn so often anymore and if the bear is also dead, then the animals won't respawn at all.
After Avestrue you will come across more wolves and boars, so it's not true that's the only place to harvest bowyer items. And you can also strip wolfrats from strips, sinews and the like. After Avestrue you will run several times into wolves, boars and wolfrats. Actually, the second encounter is right after leaving Avestrue, when you encounter enemies on your way to Ferdok. The enemies are wolves then. Same happens when you go to Moorbridge and you come across several boars when choosing to combat. In the blood mountains you also come across wild animals. In any case, there is plenty of opportunities to fetch leather strips, sinews, pelts and the like. At this moment i have 300 pelts at my house, around the 200 leather strips and sinews, same goes for those paws and skins and i have some spider fangs and glands.
