Missing Red Eclipse fight? [spoiler]

Yes, I ran into the Nar Shadaa bug facefirst.
I've paid the little bat person 2000 credits to let the Exchange know I loathe them. Killed each and every exchange person I've met. Made myself a complete nusiance. Wiped out everything that isn't a refugee. Killed debt collectors, etc.

I've got Atton and Kreia in my party, so possibly having Atton with me is making the Red Eclipse not appear? I've been running through the areas back and forth for hours and still nothing works.

Any advice please?
