So I beat the game for the first time today . But I noticed there were some NPC conversations that took place on the Ebon Hawk that had no resolution.
1. In once event, HK-47 questions T3-M4 about the navigation system being locked. HK claims that T3 is trying to hide where the ship has been. T3-M4 responds by shooting HK with a giant purple laser and HK falls to the ground. No explanation is given by either party and HK-47 seems fine immediately afterward.
2. Even worse, is an event where Bao-Dur's tiny floating remote wanders into the engine room and suddenly G0-T0 sneaks up behind up him and shoots him with another purple laser. The remote explodes spectacularly into hundreds of tiny pieces.
So did this tie into content that had to be cut? Am I missing how this ties in to other events? Or do droids just like murdering each other?

They're mostly random events...in a given game, you might not see all of them, depending on how much influence you have with different members of your party. Some things were cut out due to cut content, and thus some subplots seem to have no resolution.
As for that fact that the droids seem to be killing each other...it just follows the general theme of all your NPCs. Almost none of your NPCs get along on the Ebon Hawk, and a number actively hate everyone else, especially the droids. Its just interesting interactions.

That's what I figured. I guess I was hoping someone here would know how these orphaned events were supposed to be resolved.
I wanted to hear something along the lines of "What you saw when T3 and HK were fighting was supposed to send you to the droid factory planet." Or "After GOTO blew up the remote, he was supposed to rebuild it in another scene. That was going to explain how GOTO knew about the remote's objective to reactivate the mass shadow device on Malichore V."
Oh well.

One of the things I like about this game is that each character has a bit of "not quite what they seem" about them - everyone has a bit of Dark Side and Light Side. I saw that first scene you mentioned as a suggestion that T3 was a bit more than just a cute little droid. And an example of everybody hating each other outside of your magnetic presence, as Nightmare said.

In my version, GO-TO and Bao Dur actually outfitted the remote with a powerful "repair" laser. Pretty useless in combat, but gives it the capability to fix droids in my party, which could have been useful apart from the fact that i usually went with a full jedi party .
Tho i would have also loved to see the remote going ka-boom! Wonder what I'd have to do to make that trigger activate lol.

The locked Navicomputer comes up several times in the game. If you go through all the dialogue options with R3, it's clear that the droid is helping Revan hide where the Ebon Hawk has been. I had the option to ask HK about the Navicomputer after this scene, but HK didn't know anything, which presumably means that R3 wiped the event from HK's memory.
I read somewhere that G0-T0 rewired remote and this is how G0-T0 dominates remote at the endgame. Supposedly this is clear from some of the deleted content.

The Dark, light side!!
The Reason why they have light and dark responses, is because the game leave your options open. If you want to follow a true dark path, or a cunning Jedi that's why the game was made that way. How ever the fact that they erased "or cut parts of the game out", Is a sad sate of affairs.

Go-To didn't actually destroy remote, he just knocked it out. The reason it looks like it explodes is that's the only animation they had for that sort of thing. The same thing happens a couple of times in the game, it's a little confusing!
