Can't talk to NPCs.

Hi!

I'm in the Copper Coronet just started act2.

Party:
Monk prota
Minsc
Nalia
Korgan

My problem is i can't talk to half of the NPCs. Every second NPC "appears busy"(even the 'quest' characters: the angry wife, owner of the CC etc.)
Don't know what the problem is. My charisma is 18(with the ring from the illusion circus).

Please help me.

Install the lastest patch, this will solve it.
