Under Sigil aft Crust *Spoilers

Have just returned to Crust. I remember someone telling me that new, stronger monsters (sorry about that definition

) would be Under Sigil.

Found a Greater Glabrezu which dropped 585 coins. 3 questions please.

1. Is there always only one of these creatures in the dungeon at a time?

2. Do they only drop gold, or are better items to be had?

3. Each time I leave and return, all the items I did not pick up off kills, is still lying around. Is this normal?
