How to kill the headman?

Hello guys, I play 1.45 ,in Chapter2,Temple district.
I kill 3 guards. and a man called head-hunter? or something about that who appear and warn me about killing police.
then we start a fight. he is vary hard to kill, does anyone try to slay him down ?

I don't think you're supposed to be able to kill him. You're not supposed to be killing the guards in the game.

SW is correct .I killed 1 guard in that cptr trying to save whores of all things.
I aint to bad at this game and I faught him for a half hour.
HE DOES NOT DIE :(

yeap, you are correct.
I reload and try again. It is impossible to kill him.
but, if we miskill the guard, we can spend $1000 to bribe him.
