During my last journey to the drow city, as usually, i had to do the quest they gave me do obtain the dragon's eggs. The first quest is to rescue Phaere....well, unfortunately she died during the battle....and here begins the alternative to the "usual jouney to Ust Natha". Soulaferin turned red (hostile); I killed him. Then I went back to the city....I thought: i'll try to take the eggs anyway (I had a saved game before this fact)....and i realized that, i had to kill ALL the drow in Ust Natha. Difficult but not impossible, because they don't arrive all togheter (as when you fail to pickpocket), but in small groups....my party is me (swashbucler/mage lvl 16); Vic; Edwin.
Has anyone experienced this before???

It's called failing the quest, and salvaging what you can 
I missed a (nonexistent) deadline in the Underdark once, and the same thing happened to me. They didn't even tell me when I had to be back. So I went back and slept less...

Oh, it happened another time too. When you go up the stairs to the upper levels of the city, there's this giant spider that attacks a dog. When I walked past it, he decided to take a swipe at Minsc. Minsc retaliated and whooped his ass. The whole city turned against me, and I enjoyed slaughtering them before I reloaded.
