How to finish this game a.s.a.p?(spoiler)

There are two type of missions, primary and secondary.
Can it possible to play only primary quesiton and finish the game ?
Does anyone try only to play primary questions without finishing any secondary mission ?
I try to finish the game asap. but stuck in charpter2. I think some secondary mission are necessary to acompleted in order of getting some information that could help in major mission.....

well, i ended the game at level 22.
It is sure we can finish this game a.s.a.p by taking only primary mission.
