Does Superior Wpn Foc Require Wep Spez?

I plan to make a Consular/Weapon Master or Sentinel/Weapon Master.

The feat description on this side say Superior Weapon Focus need Weapon Specialization.
Does it?
If so, can Jedi Weapon Master take the wepoan spez feat?

As weapon specialization is a Jedi Guardian specific feat, i would presume that the Weapon Master is unable to learn it. So a Consular or Sentinel taking a Weapon Master prestige class would be unable to take Superior Weapon Focus. I think

I seem to remember that the Weapon Master got access to Weapon Spec and thus Superior Weapon Focus.

All the prestige classes get the weapon spezialisation.
