I found "Wolfie's Hiding Place" but can't open anything. I get an icon to open it but nothing happens. What's the deal?

Wolfie

You need to steal a bone (using pickpockteting) from the lady beside the wolfie's hiding place. You will give the bone to the dog then and You'll find the quest item in the wolfie's kennel.
Yes and save the game before the pickpocketing as You have only one attempt.

Isnt there other way to get the bone, other than pickpocket?

I've only gotten it by pickpocketing. I do know that you can talk her out of it if you have a high enough talent prowess in some of the social skills. If you have Dranor or Rhulana in your party, they might be able to do it if you don't have the necessary skills.
