Frenzy

I'll admit I like to save the game and start killing random people and fight off police officers and what not for the hell of it. It's all in good fun. I made sure my blood was low (wasn't even visible) and got down to three humanity because it wouldn't let me go down less. And I -can not- Frenzy. I have tried in many combat zones and everything I can not seem to get my Vamp to Frenzy. I have tried this with Nosferatu, Tremere, Gangrel, and Brujah
