Cannot find Gre'vrath pillar (possible spoiler in answers)

I'm trying to open the mage tower in the swamp. I've placed 9 of the symbols that I have. The Gre'vrath is the only one I can't find and it doesn't appear to be noted on my map. Anyone point me in the right direction?

It should be right next to the altar of Melitele, south of the island swarming with Bloedzuiegers.
