Graphics glitch

Hello all... When I open a character sheet and try to change new values, the numbers start flickering very rapidly and just cant be read. Same happens in my upper left map in the location name area. Letters start flickering so fast they cant be read. Anyone else has this glitch and how can it be fixed? It's very annoying.
Im using Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit with 4G Ram and dual Nvidia GEforce 8800GT cards. AMD Athlon 64X2 dual core processor. Everything on max settings.

Have you updated your graphics driver recently? That's usually the first thing to try.

You can try turning off SLI, or you can try this:

Thanks SWC and bigchief for your answers. the nHance program got rid of the flickering in the stats sheets, but not in the location name in the map. It flickers between "Location name" and "whatever-place-i-am-at-the-moment"
This is less annoying cause I always know where I am, but when updating my character's values I couldn't read the numbers I was getting.

Update

Looks like I missed the last step in the nHance program. Flickering is totally gone now. Thank you bigchief
