ok so how do you talk to pelojian, like all he does is stand there and just stair at you? i tried going to tarant to the libaray and got a book of poems but nothing, any ideas?

that's what the walkthrough is for. i nearly solved it myself, but i couldn't come up with the final mental step. anyway, the walkthrough explains.
