Cannot get to top of tower!!! Lake Lohr

Tried everything including taking all of my armor off and still it will not let me get to the top of the tower. Killed banshee thing, climbed first laddder, climbed second ladder, and stuck on ladder right before the top at the opening to the top floor. No matter what I try I cannot get up to the top. Need help!!! I've wiggled, tried jumping, everything, and still cannot get the toon to finish to the top of the ladder.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if anyone even played this game anymore. I will try the explanation of the save, lan games, and reload and hope it works. sigh of course I chose the toon with the problems....
