How to get out of Eastern Swamp

I discovered all the places but found no way out! How can I go to Fortress Kroth from Eastern Swamp?

keep wandering until you find the witches cabin where you can sell and buy things. from there, it is a very short walk to the goblin lair. the goblin lair is the only way out of the swamp.

the goblin lair is right by were that small dungoen is with all the water at the very north end of the swamps... just head a little bit south and you will see a tree with some pipes with steam comming out of them go around the tree stump and you will see and entrence to a cave.

"all the water", do you mean the river with the waterfall very close to the "Easter Swamp" road sign? No, cannot found any steam pipes around there. Where is the witches cabin, I cannot found it either.
