you could buy morrowind
i have both games and although diablo2 is a very enjoyable game, morrowind is much better
in diablo you need to follow quests and stuff, in morrowind you can do whatever you want and there are much more things to do
diablo2 lasts in single player 30 hours , morrowind is endless ( when you completed all the quests it`s more than 500 hours of gameplay, and if you calculate a little `free time` to train your char and stuff, you`re over 1000 hours of gameplay

yes, morrowind is bloody good, but then so is the total war series, and so is cheese. doesn't mean that I have to give up diablo if I like cheese. all things considered, I prefer morrowind myself, but I've played massive amounts of diablo and diablo 2, and I'm almost certainly going to play more. morrowind just doesn't have the minion-creaming item-grabbing gem-hoarding corpse-blasting action of diablo 2, and diablo 2 doesn't have the character development (to much of a degree, at least), plot or freedom of morrowind.
I still like them both however, and I'm willing to play them both a lot more. maybe at the same time, just to be awkward.
anyway, you can finish morrowind. after you've done all the quests - and I've done most of them - and played a variety of characters, you've seen it all. to be honest, after a few hours of diablo 2 you've seen it all, but I've been playing for longer than I care to remember. morrowind has an end without a doubt and I'm not going to care much about wandering around the island squishing nix hounds. diablo 2's sheer gameplay is what sustains it, and I know which one I'd want to play for a few minutes after a hard day at college.

Well... diablo 2 was crapin good because it came out before morrowind buds.... so a quick quote... They are both great games and i loved them both... and the thing i loved about diablo was just being able to own everything in sight... and in morrowind was fun because i loved slaughtering stuff when i feel like it.... i LOVED killing the peep in balmora with my pretty nice lvl 38.. I mean it... hes pretty good...
Anyways i quit diablo 2 sorta cause of that jackass idea of deleting acounts after 90 days of not being used........ I lost a nice acount with 4 lvl 99s.... 5 lvl 50-70... and a couple lvl 40s... was i mad? yes... was i crying? no... was i getting a lawsuit? Wouldnt matter, thing already happened....
So im just sharing my info and some of my stuff which nobody would give a ---- about... SO.... they are good games and i sugjest you actualy, along with both of your opinions, get both... Enjoy diablos short, no story, ehh..... whatever.... and enjoy Morrowins long, nice story, quite a few bugs... Mmmmm..... Game!
