mana potions sold in town?

I know this is a minor issue, but did the 1.10 patch include disabling the rejuvination potion horadric cube recipe? Anybody have any insight into why they made this change?

The recipe has been changed, so now 3 Health + 3 Mana + 1 chipped gem = 1 Rejuv. To make a Full Rejuv, use 3 Health + 3 Mana + 1 normal gem.
