Anyone who knows what date for the release of Dungeon Siege II?

I think it comes out in the spring, but I'm not sure. You may want to check the official website to see if they say anything about it.

yea, I think it's just labeled at Spring 2005 at this point. I'd say anytime in the next 4 months.

The release date being used right now is August 1, but who knows when it will really ship.

fall release

Release is set for fall according to information presented on the beta.

My personal guess is that it will be released around Thanksgiving. Evidence? None, just a feeling.

At Wal-Mart yesterday I noticed on an "Upcoming Releases" placard that a release date of August 18 was given. Of course who knows if this is true or not

I just received the "gone gold" statement today from Microsoft's PR department. It specifies August 15th for a release date.

Don't go crazy. Read the reviews first, or go in with a group of your friends to buy *1* copy, then evaluate it together. Don't get suckered as so many others have been advance PR.

I waited!!!

I was playing several other games when the release date was announced. I rarely ever buy a game until it has been reviewed by at least PCGamer and then I still wait.

I have learned from playing Dungeon Lords to check the forums and find out what condition the game was released in. Hopefully I won't make the same mistake as I did with DL and that is to buy it without seeing reviews or checking forums for "Gamers" reviews.

I ordered mine from Amazon with the Strategy Guide and you still need good forums like Gamebanshee. I did not start the game for eight months as I was busy playing other games.

I have found though that even reviews can be misleading because they sure did not catch all the problems in Dungeon Lords as it should have been sent back to the developer to be finished. ( "Money Talks" Neil Diamond song I think).

I do admit that I have still been unable to install Patch v2.2 as nothing happens when I try. I will have to search this forum for help!!!

My character will dual wield as that is how I played him in the demo and it was a blast. He will also use both Combat and Nature magic especially when I take a new member out for experience to build them up. I added Deru after I had reached level 5 so i could her keep here alive. We are now both level tens and I am considering adding Taar and of course a Pet. Gotta find a Dire Wolf first(secondary quest).

I need more gold though to equip my party members.....any help. A Dragon's Horde would come in handy. I am looking for a list of all reagents if anyone knows of one.
