Quest Locked?

I get this all the time when i kill the lizards in Illicor... and after that i cant move on, questwise, any ideas on how to solve this? i have done the quest 10-15 times now both with and without other players present... still the same thing... Quest locked... and its driving med crazy... im the only one who get this, all my friends have the quest completed from the first time we did it...

help appreciated

Illicor Quest

I found that you must run around two Zaurick buildings before the quest shows completed. Seems dumb but it works. If you do this in the first two buildings then upon leaving the third building the quest is completed and you have access to shops.
