I recently played Dungeon Seige II.

Post by MrsEb »

I got it on a demo disc and it heigthened my likings for Action RPGs.

I went away and bought the First Diablo game and finished it on all fighting forms.

BUt i want a game that lasts, and has some seriously hard bits.

I;ve thought of buying WOW but it is an online game only.

I was wondering if Dungeon Seige would perhaps be the right game for me. Do you all enjoy playing it?

Are there some hard bits?

Is there alot of difference?

And as weird as this might sound i hate playing to game where i dont like the look of my character. I play an online game called 'Runescape' ( no im not a nerd *** etc w\e) and i like to make myself look in my eyes, "good". Im obsessive about a game where my character doesnt look good. Is there "cool" looking armours and stuff? Kick arse weapons?

I enjoyed playing the game up to the Elf Shrine i think it is.

Any Feedback plz?

This game is everything Diablo-II and DS-I is not. GpG (Gaspowered Games)
removed the feature from DS-I which aloved a character to be fully trained
in all areas, melee, ranged, combat & nature magic. You can no longer do that
in dS-II... unless you are really really stuborn and stupid ofc.

Sofar i´ve gotten as far as chapter II episode VI and fully enjoying this game.
Some areas gives tough fights which must be handled correctly, some areas are
just plain out brainless hack´n slash and some places are filled with riddles.

DS-II is like a bag of freepick candy, you know what you get and you like it ;) .
