Hi, there is already a new patch. 2.1

Dungeon Siege 2 v2.1 fixes : Created a segmented file save system for GameSpy file size compatibility. Adjusted GameSpy vaulting protocols to compensate for party save files during loss of connection.

It's just a Gamespy patch. It has no effect on actual gameplay.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
