Problem with Dark Ohm *spoiler*

So I finished Act 2, Chapter 5 and realized I never received the death chant. I went back into the southern vai kesh forest and weaved myself to the cave with the star clearly visible (and where everybody says you are supposed to get the chant), but nobody's home. I proceed to explore every cave in the vai kesh forests 2 times, but I find no ritual. What's weird is that as I am approaching the ritual cave and I look at my compass, I can clearly see red dots gathered in a circle, but right when I enter the cave, the dots disappear and there are no vai kesh -- just candles and a pool of blood. Has this happened to anyone else?

yea try restartin game for them to respawn and ask her for it
I did quest then when back and killed them all now she has a red ? over her all ways
