Mace of Agarrus... help

I have done everything, and finally the girl in the tavern tells me that it is hidden in the Temple of Agarrus in some cave in the Valley of the Azunites, Is it the cave of the phoenix? or is it some other cave? and if it is the cave of the Phoenix where do I get the chant to unleash the seal? Please help i want that mace big time!!!

Walk back into the cave from the western cliffs of the azunai teleporter. Then, cross the clockwork bridges and go down the elevator.
Beauty is only skin deep, but ugly goes right down to the bone

I am facing the teleport of the Western Cliffs of Azunai, shall i go to my right or left...?
