Can anyone tell me what the following quests are, and where/who do you get them from? I hate knowing I've missed something!
In secondary quest log:
page 2, first entry,
page 3, last entry,
page 4, last two entries.
I think I read somewhere that the last few entries are something with Amren, but not sure... Help is majorly appreciated!

page 2, first entry: 6º Quest - Arinth the Mad: you need Arinth Legendary Staff to complete this quest.-
page 3, last entry: 15º Quest - Amren's Vision: you need Amren in your party to complete this quest.-
page 4, last two entries: 17º Quest - Rahvan's Curse: Speak with Rahvan to get this quest, he stands in front of the Azunite Catacombs (Garden of the Ancients).-
18º Quest - Evangeline's Folly: you need Eva in your party to complete this quest.- (caravan ambush).-
