Heirloom sword is gone!

My Heirloom Sword is gone! No, I did not give it away. When I was fighting the mages my whole party died and my computer locked up. When I rebooted my entire inventory on all characters was completely gone, I did keep everything that was equipped so I didnt think it was a huge deal. This was a couple weeks ago. Now when I went back to try to fight the demon I do not have the sword. Anyone have any suggestions?

I don't think there's anything you can do here. You'll just have to skip the quest. Luckily, it's not one of the more interesting quests in the game.
