I Got Sartan in my party now but can't seem to get his quest started. Who or where does he get it, I think I have visited every NPC in the game and no quest found. Also, that Little ??? character has only appeared about 3 times in some 40 + hrs of game play and I can't seem to get his Stone Tablet. I do have a stone tablet in inventory that suggests that it might be used for a secrete quest but the magic chant does nothing but rumble the ground. BTW I do have all three quest items for the secrete quest but am missing the ??? guys tablet. Has anyone found out how to get him to appear more often?Sartan's Quest -Spoiler-

Sartan's quest starts at the inn in Kalrathia.
The ??? guy has a chance to appear every time a rare or better item drops. So you could try bumping up your chance to find magic items. The next time he appears, use powers on him right away. By the end of the game you should be able to kill him pretty quickly.
